- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆AVOID AT ALL COST!! This is one of the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever come into contact with in my life. Lazy, lazy, lazy, and should not be part of an appraisal bank for lenders. I had three offers on my house all within a week, two of which were over asking. This individual came into my property without contacting me or my realtor and undercut the value not taking into account any of the upgrades. Based on the sound of him on the phone, I am guessing he doesn't know good quality from not. Stay far away, and encourage your lender not to use this individual.By John Paulsen, August 06, 2017
